How much does it cost?
Delivery costs vary according to the item that you order. Please see the delivery tab on the specific product that you are interested in to confirm delivery details for that item.
How will my order arrive?
Your delivery will be made by APC Couriers. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days. A signature may be required.
All orders are dispatched using an overnight / next day delivery service. The appropriate insurance will be used for your order and a tracking number will be available for you to track your order online using the APC online order tracking facility.
I missed my delivery, what can I do?

We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive your parcel. It is a good idea to use your work address, alternatively make a note in the comments box if there is a neighbour or safe place that the parcel can be left – however if you leave instructions requesting the parcel be left in a different location (e.g. garage, garden, porch or with a neighbour) we cannot be held responsible if you fail to receive your parcel.
If no one is available to accept the delivery at the delivery address, the driver should leave a card with information on arranging re-delivery or collection. Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, postage will be charged to re-deliver your order.
