All of Vincent Sheppards products have been manufactured, packed and transported with care. If however you see, when receiving the goods, that they don’t fulfill the standard quality, please bear these guidelines in mind:
Transport damage: needs to be written immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org and be described in detail on the CMR document.
Complaints on transport damage will not be accepted, if they are not mentioned on the CMR document.
Product defects: have to be communicated in writing to email@example.com within 2 days after reception of the goods. After this period, complaints can no longer be accepted.
